JAPAN Sanwa: The Slimmest & Compact Wash Stand – The Perfectionist Master-piece

 

Lepto – An innovative and slim compact wash stand that can be fit in easily even with very limited space.

It has only 170mm depth by 450mm width. The environment friendly material “Resin Concrete” made wash basin offers two colors, black like jet-black and white like white porcelain for both standing and wall-mounting types.

 

 

The cabinet not only can hide the rugged pipes and secure a space for storing, it is designed with PET sheets finished and has water resistance capabilities as well.

In Japan, people always give thoughts on how to utilize limited space, looks nice and neat.

There are lots of ideas to store their stuff in their house and even underneath their platform flooring. In the olden days, they eventually come out with an idea of having their wash basin seated on top of their W.C’s water tank so that used water can also be re-cycle for flushing purpose.

They are not only eco friendly but they also fully utilize their limited free space. And today we apply an eco friendly material with fully utilizing free space concepts and created its first slimmest and compact wash stand product in Japan name ‘Lepto’.

Chandelier Lighting for Living Room

Living Room: Combination of Decorative Pendant and Table Lamps or Wall Lights.

The most common room where it is use regularly from day to night, lighting should be adjust to meet different types of moods or functions.

An impressive living room are base on the few factors such as lighting, fabric colours and textures that are build as part of the interior design. This depend very much on individualistic taste and styling methods that create the final interior design.

By different individual effects and using different combinations, you can create both impressive and perfect light setting for the living room activities.

A single piece of Chandelier at the centre of the living room is more as a decorative feature; the light it produces is limited.

As such to enhance the brightness in the living room, other sources of light are required. It can be an arrangement of table lamps or wall lights.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Table lamps can be place in any part of the living room to reduce darkness at corners and reduce areas of shadow in the centre. It can even be a task light for reading place next to the sofas. This become second layer of light.

For situation or change of future setting in the Living Room, it is advisable to install floor sockets at different corners of the room or even the centre of the room (if possible). This will give you more flexibility in selecting the spot of locating the lamps. This additional sockets at different corner of the Living Room also helps to eliminate the problem of cables trailing from sockets from one end of the house to the lamp.

No doubt switching to table lamps or wall lights is an easy option as an supplement source of lights.

Do bear in mind that having too many lamps in the Living Room may give an impression of a lamp shop. As such it is advisable to seek your interior designer or the consultant in the lamp shop for advises.
